to all participants for submitting their photos and sharing their climate change stories!
Darko lives in Podgorica and is a third year student of photography.
He first came into contact with photography in the first year of his studies, and after that it transformed into a passion. He loves to travel, and to capture ordinary things along the way, in a different and unusual form.
In Montenegro, we say "there are as many people as there are moods". Climate change affects each of us differently. Through photography we can illustrate the changes in our lives and moods, positive or negative, because photography is able to say more than 1000 words.
Today, nature is more and more under threat and we should take this seriously. Preserving nature, the air and the earth means saving our sunsets, birds chirping, the sounds of sea waves and many other things that bring peace, joy and happiness to our lives. Through these photos I'm trying to show what treasures we have in our world, and how easy they can be lost if we are not careful. We should not endanger the wealth that nature gave us. I hope my submission contributes to preserving this wealth.
